The Man Who Had a Dream…

Martin Luther King Jr. made a 10 minute public speech in which he called for racial equality and an end to discrimination. He delivered it on August 28, 1963 from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial . The speech was ranked the top speech of the 20th century by a 1999 poll of scholars . He truly educated, informed , and inspired people throughout America and the many generations that followed .
