The perspective of the artist of this picture is someone most likely against Nazi Germany and their attempt in trying to take over all of Europe. The artist is sending out the message that the United States can be their next target and we must take action to prevent that from happening. By using a shoe with the swastika sign stomping on the American building which appears to be a church the artist does get across the objective that we are fighting in the war for something very important for our safety and benefit.
