The perspective of the creator is quite obviously pro-war and pro-american. The goal of the author of this poster is to convince workers to keep on working and not take days off, as wasted work hours benefit the enemy shown as the Japanese military man. Quite obviously his goal is achieved by having the said enemy pleading the viewer to take the day off.
