The perspective of the creator of this poster was to embed in people’s mind that this war is necessary and it is for a good cause–to fight for liberty. By emphasizing “‘always” the creator is referring back to the American  Revolutionary War where their fellow Americans fought for freedom against the world’s leading power England and achieved liberty. The objective of the phrase “will always fight for liberty” means they will once again fight against one of world’s leading power, Germany at that time, for liberty. Within that phrase there is also that sense of confidence that Americans will win once again since its for a good cause, and that people should join and support the war.
