This poster is created to remind Americans of what happened at Pearl Harbor. I think the artist wants the views to know that no matter what happens America still stands strong. There is a big emphasis on patriotism here, because of the flag in the wind and the soldier standing tall.

This poster exemplifies World War II as the “good war” because it shows the public what America is fighting for. Unlike the other wars, America got involved in World War II because they were directly attacked by “evil” forces. Americans felt the need to defend their country and enlist.
