My pop pop is a very unique individual. Coming from the homeland of Jamaica, it has been instilled in him to go after anything he desires. He has a spirit that can captivate a soul to just want to in tune their own bodies with him to just sit and listen and participate with what he’s doing. Coming to America was very hard for the mans. Not to mention he is a full breed immigrant. I think that made it harder for him. The delays iin his life due to membership in a country took a toll on his career path. Although all is done, I feel he has made the best out of a rough situation. My father is a WORKAHOLIC and it shows through all that he is. From working two jobs as a manager for Budget&Avis, two car rental enterprises, and a manager for Your Taxi; a cab utility company, he barely has any time for himself. Just to show my appreciation of what a great father he is, I decided to go out to Martha’s Vineyard where he is located to not only capture his life and times, but to take him out of his routine.
