Kennan Moving Company album release show took place at Rockwood Music Hall in the heart of Lower East Side down on Allen street.

The venue’s stage 2 only holds about hundred people. Fortunately for Oliver Kennan, the frontman and founder of the band, but unfortunately for spectators, roughly two hundred people showed up. You could see the excitement on Oliver’s face as he was performing in front of much more people than he expected. He was spreading a very positive vibe, which reflected on all of the fans and brought much more enjoyment to their night, even though they were crammed in between one another in a small, hot place.

Oliver and his band didn’t only perform for the crowd – they set the mood of the whole event. The frontman interacted with his guests from the stage between every song. He threw in some jokes and gave brief descriptions of up-comming songs. Oliver was born to be on stage. He was very energetic while slamming oh his guitar and singing – you could see he enjoys it!
