Where Do You Find Peace and Quiet?

In my own opinion, the place where I find my Peace and quiet itself must be quiet and peaceful. Whenever I felt nervous or tired of work, I would always go down to the Belt Parkway, walk all the way down slowly, and listen to the sound of waves. Can’t express how much I love to close my eyes feeling the wind blow on my face.

Other than walking down Belt Parkway, going to the nearest park and sitting on a bench under the shade was also my way of finding peace and quiet. I often get myself something to drink and walk to the nearest park. Personally, the best place is somewhere away from the crowd so that I can completely quit myself down and relax.

I agree that nature is a great place just to let loose and relax with the breeze hitting your fcae while you just sit/stand there.

I agree with you. I find peace when I am alone. I don’t like talking to other people when I am doing something. I like to have space for myself and think about nothing.

I agree that being alone away from the crowd is a really good way to relax.

I agree that being alone away from the crowd is a really good way to relax and to calm ourself. This is also a good way to rethink about the issues that had been going on or maybe think about what you want.

I do the same thing sometimes. Back home on Long Island I will drive down to Jones Beach and just walk along the beach alone sometimes if I need a mental reset.
