Somethings about me (Shawn)
Ahh,so where to begin? I think ‘s best to start with my lifestyle of a carnivore.
I don’t know when it exactly started but I have always enjoyed eating meat. Regardless if its pork, beef, chicken, lamb, rabbit, or some other animal, there are endless possibilities for my satisfaction. I personally enjoy a fresh burger with all the fixings. Luckily, I have a fast metabolism so I won’t gain weight.
This talk of food leads me to the next thing, my heritage.
Even though I was born in New York, I have adopted much of my Indian heritage as my own. I have been there three times and I must say it is an amazing place. The sites, the culture, the people, and the food truly reflect the uniqueness of India. I would definitely recommend it for anyone willing to go outside their comfort zone and experience something different.
Two things that I like to do when I want to relax are listening to music and playing League of Legends. My taste in music is varied but I am currently enjoying folk rock. (can’t wait for the new Mumford and Sons album).
I have been play LoL for about a year and a half. I think this game is great for casual gamers as it not hard to pick up. My fondest memories of this game is staying up till 3 in the morning playing with friends. (My best role is jungler).
I love history and politics. I am not certain why I love them so much but I could easily lose myself in countless articles or videos.
One of my proudest achievements is helping to start a drill team at my school as a freshman. Eventually I became Pledge Commander and was in charge training the new guys. We actually qualified to go to Nationals after only three years of being in existence.
One thing that I really believe in is the idea of social justice. The most basic ideal of social justice is equality and solidarity.
Which brings me to my last picture. I have pulled off some amazing feats the night before things were due. I always beat the midnight deadlines with seconds to spare.

Shawn, have you tried the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park? The line there is always ridiculous but the burgers there are pretty good. Not the best I ever had but still good. You should also try Steak ‘N Shake.
And starting the Drill Team is great! My sister was in JROTC for 4 years and was Battalion Commander.

I’m hoping that next big vacation will be to India… fingers crossed! If it happens, you’ll have to give me some recommendations, Shawn. I’m a huge Mumford fan too — really hoping to check them out live sometime soon!
