Bill Clinton was The 42th President of the United States. During his administration, the U.S. had a longest economic expansion in American history. He was the first president who turns the greatest fiscal deficit in American history into a surplus. He could point to the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, and the highest home ownership in the country's history.
