The objective of the artist was to say that you need to be a man and enter the war. the artist was trying to assert that the war cannot be won if we just sit on the home front and watch the action happen; the only way that we could win is if our country participates in it. The artist tries to make men feel that if they don’t join the war, they would be less of a man. The artist is saying that the only manly thing to do right now is to go to war.
