Creating Clear and Welcoming Communication for Your Students – Working Session

In the CTL’s COVID-19 Student Experience Survey, Baruch students say that the top reason courses go well is clarity, consistency and organization in the way professors share information and communicate course expectations. In this working session, facilitated by Tamara Gubernat & Katherine Tsan of the CTL, we will begin to develop a clear communication plan for the semester and sketch out a welcome email to send out to students before the course begins.
