Starr Career Development Services event: Incorporating Career Readiness Into Your Course(s)

According to a 2018 Strada-Gallup survey, students consider their professors to be the most valuable sources of career advice. Yet, faculty don’t always feel prepared to assist students in regards to career matters.

By participating in this workshop, you will be able to:

• Recognize the role faculty and academic departments play in preparing students for the world of work.
• Identify strategies and resources to prepare students for the workforce.
• Summarize ways to incorporate career readiness into your courses.
