This home-grown tool provides hosting space for video, audio, and images, and allows students to interact with those files via time-stamped annotations, threaded discussions, and rubric-based peer reviews. We'll discuss how those features can be used to generate student participation and discussion, with examples from classes that have used Vocat in the past.
