Overpopulation
- Question of Fact: Overpopulation is an on growing issue in today’s world. It is the biggest factor in why we are spending so much on resources. It is the cause of climate change, GMO farming, the decreasing size of Antarctica, the burning of fossil fuels, and many other problems. (This essay will talk about how overpopulation in the world is the reason why our planet is at such high risk)
- Question of Definition: Overpopulation is a term that we are having too many kids and babies. The more people there are on this planet, the more resources we must provide for those kids and the kids after those kids. If the planet has double the people, it had ten years from now, then that will lead to spending on land, oceans, fossil fuels, food. Overpopulation can be classified as the start of the domino effect that is the end of the world. (This essay will focus on what overpopulation is and what other problems come with it)
- Question of Cause: Overpopulation began as an issue around the 1950s. We saw a big spike in population numbers and ever since we’ve seen numbers progressively increasing dramatically. People started having lots of babies, many of who couldn’t even maintain it, which led to a lot of kids being sent to orphanages. Condoms weren’t really an effective thing during the 1950s also.
- Question of Value: Overpopulation is a negative for the planet and us people. It’s been harming our planet as we breathe this instant. (This essay will touch on how overpopulation is in countries, how it affects them, and how ultimately it will affect other nations)
- Question of Policy: There should be a law that stops the rapid growth of the human population. For example, China’s limit of two kids can be a perfect law that can be applied to every country.
