Who Do I Think I Am?
I believe that I have not found my true identity yet. Who I am is constantly changing and growing. I can tell you certain facts such as my name is Charlie and I live in long Island. What I believe is also a very important aspect of who I am. I believe in agnosticism. There is no way of knowing that there is a higher being or God and more importantly I believe that it doesn’t matter.
I am at a really interesting stage in my life. I’m starting college, which basically means, I’m starting a brand new chapter. This helps me realize that I cannot define my self with what I have done for the past eighteen because there are many more to come. Life constantly changes and Baruch is a prime example of this fact. The high school I attended before Baruch was very different. A relatively small class in which everyone knew each other. Baruch is a completely different experience. I plan to use my time at Baruch successfully and accomplish a lot. I would like to make friends and hopefully create a lifetime bond between one of these new friends.
Another aspect that’s new to my life is the independence that is given to me. Never have I been so independent in my life. With this independence comes much responsibility. I want to do well in Baruch and I’m aiming for a high GPA.
