This thursday I went to a workshop, which was about teaching freshmen how to pick their courses properly for next semester. I noticed that choosing a course in college shouldn’t just pick from your interest view, but also have to recognize its use. I mean, every course you choose should tie with what major you want to put yourself in future, so you won’t be worrying about insufficiency of credit for graduation. Also, I learned that freshmen are competing with each other over space of class. At last, most of high-level courses have its own prerequisite, as a result, I really think we should be prudent at what course we pick for spring semester schedule.
