1.]Tell us how your experience at Baruch College has lived (or not lived) up to your expectations. Has it exceeded your expectations? So far, my experience at Baruch College has exceeded my expectations. When I first arrived in late August, I was not feeling too confident about how much I would enjoy my time at this school and I was feeling supremely pessimistic. As I got used to my classes, met new people and saw that I was doing well I got over my negative outlook and essentially got into the swing of things.
2.]How well do you think your first semester went? It’s difficult to believe that my first semester will be over within a couple of weeks. My first semester went well, I had a great schedule, really nice professors and a decent workload. I’m a member of two music organizations and am really looking forward to see what my college career will bring me.
3.]What would you do differently if you could do it all again? I probably wouldn’t do it all again, Baruch is most likely where I’m meant to be and where I’m meant to stay. As my favorite artist Fiona Apple says, “If there was a better way to go than it would find me”.
4.]How have you changed since you started at Baruch College? I am definitely more street smart, my time management skills have sharpened and since the escalators are usually down, I’ve grown an immunity to climbing massive staircases.
