Blog #3 end of semester

Oh well, Oh well the first semester of my college life has come to an end. That means 1/8 of it is gone and there’s 7/8 left to go.  That nice break looks really good right about now. My impression of Baruch after a semester is similar to most people’s impression of the MTA after riding it a few times. It does the job well, in this case educating students for rewarding careers, at an affordable price but could be a whole lot better. There are times where I wondered what life would be like at Columbia or NYU. Why is it that you have to make your own social network here instead of just walking right into one? It could just be my boring life outside of class but one of the expectations I had was for that to be taken care of. At the 12.5% mark through the season Baruch has a .500 record. If that keeps up then head coach J. Washington will have to pack his bags and head elsewhere.
