Community Service

I’m sure everyone in life has some stressful situations that need to be escaped from for a while. A great way to do that is by doing something you love and helping others in the process. That’s why community service is such a good thing. I recently visited my high school to give a helping hand to students struggling with their classroom material. It was a great experience for myself and the students. When students in Physics class made a mistake solving a particular problem I was there to explain it. The teachers were also grateful to have assistance doing the challenging work of enforcing their lessons. If a teacher was giving a lesson I helped with paperwork or grading tests to make myself more useful. I was proud to share my academic talent and interest in education with a student body that should be even more motivated to strive for success.
