Light the Night
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk is taking place on Wednesday, October 5 at South Street Seaport/Brooklyn Bridge Fulton St & South St, Pier 17.
We will be volunteering there from 5 pm to 9 pm, first cheering and later on helping out with the clean up/break down of the walk site.
DIRECTIONS: From Baruch, you can take the downtown 6 train (towards Brooklyn Bridge) to 14 street- Union Square. Then transfer to the 4 train (towards Utica Avenue) or 5 train (towards Utica Avenue.) Get off at Fulton Street. Walk towards South Street.
If anyone wants to join me on getting to South Street Seaport, I will be standing outside the library at 4:15. By 4:25, I will leave.
For those who plan to get there on their own, call or text me (516.279.8335) beforehand and let me know you are coming. By 5 pm, we will all meet up at the Abercrombie & Fitch store I highlighted on the map.
This event will happen rain or shine, so please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly.
Also, everyone please take note of my number (516.279.8335) so that if you guys get lost or can’t find the group you can call or text me.

Welcome!
Hi there! My name is Toby Joseph and I will be your peer mentor for your Freshman Seminar class this upcoming Fall semester. As a peer mentor, my job is to help you all with the transition from high school into college. I was in your shoes last year, so I know exactly how it can be. Alongside me will be Rawlisha Lalite, who will be the instructor for this class.
Just remember, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
I look forward to meeting and having a great semester with all of you.
