Reflection

1- This place is pretty cool. It didn’t really exceed expectation, maybe met them. EVerything except for English. That class is gonna kill me. And probably everyone else. God, it sucks.

2- It was all right. Grades… meh. I;m still being lazy and stuff, so yeah.

3- Actually study, maybe? Besides that, nothing really. It’s been a lot of fun.

4- Not really changed. I’ve made a lot of friends this, and I’ve become a little more social and patient. Yeah.

1- Tell us how your experience at Baruch College has lived up to your expectations? Not lived up to your expectations? Exceeded your expectations?

2- How well do you think your first semester at Baruch College went?

3- What would you do differently during your first sememster if you could do it all over again?

4- How have you changed since you started at Baruch College?

Community Service Self Evaluation

1. It helped people keep going in a straight line. For most people. Some people were just plain dumb.
2. Bummed. Didn't want to waste my time. Test the next morning. Not very excited.
3. Good. But my help was kind of stupid.
4. People are really stupid, but kind of funny.
5. I had fun yelling at people to take as many pictures as possible, and also became a model in the process and took like mad pictures with people.
6. It helps me pass Freshmen Seminar. Score!
7. I guess it made me take charge and tell people what to do. So Leadership and Service, yeah.
8. People are really stupid. You got to yell and tell them what to do or they won't understand.
9. It made me spend all night staying up stufyin for a test. Not fun.
10. I guess. We got free food. So it was OK.
11. As long as there's food, sure I guess.
12. Don't yell too much waving a sign or you'll lose your voice out there. And have fun! Yeah, that's it.

Monologue

My name is Sergey Yelizarov. School for me has been very fun. The hardest part is getting up in the morning and commuting every day. Its okay though. I usually sleep in my classes, so its all good. I am from NJ. I am coming to New York because I thought it’d be cool. I guess its kind of fun. Commute is mad annoying. Anyway, what describes me. I am extroverted, annoying and mad crazy. Yeah, I’m insane. Anyway. I don’t have any concerns about college except passing and getting enough sleep. If that counts, then yeah, that’s it. College is so much more free, so its already better than high school. It will probably be very fun. Anyway I think my first year will make me more responsible. And tired.

Who Do You Think You Are?

Hello. My name is Sergey Yelizarov. I came to Baruch out of New Jersey. i enjoy just hanging out and doing the small things, and not any one thing makes me up. Coming to school in NY is a completely new experience for me. I had many concerns upon arriving to Baruch. My concerns were small and inconcernable, but still somewhat concerning. How I would amke new friends, how I would have to do my commute and get around, managing my money, and transitioning overall had my a little concerned. However, that has all slowly disappeared since arriving at Baruch. So far, I am growing to like Baruch so much more than my high school. The freedom and opportunities I can enjoy here surpass the closed, suffocating environment I had grown accustomed to in my small town. It is a refreshing new experience. I think college will certainly be a big eye-opener, but it will be a change for the better. It will hopefully mold me into a smarter and more successful person.
