Rubin Museum
I was really taken aback at the shrine from the Himalayans. I was so amazed by how much detail and colors it had. It influenced me that art has no age and that it doesn’t matter when and where an art piece is from because all art is beautiful. I would love to visit again soon for fun and not for a class.

Who I am
a. I’m a pretty laid back person. I put my friends before I do and I am usually very generous and open to new ideas.
b. Commuting because I live in New jersey and it takes 2 hours to get to school.
Getting to classes on time and being diligent with my work.
Making the most of what I can with the education that I am provided with.
c. I think it will make me more humble because of the amount of responsibility I now have. There is no one to tell me what I have to do and when its due nearly every day.
d. Hopefully I come out a better person and am able to take something from my experience here.

Freshman Year
Freshman year went by pretty quickly for me. But if I had the chance to redo this semester I would want to be able to get my work done on time and not procrastinate. As I started Baruch I realized that I am lucky to have what I have in my life today. Since I commute as I wake up 2 hours earlier for my class and walk the streets of NYC I saw many homeless people and realized I am blessed with the lifestyle I live. I have a positive outlook for the rest of my education at Baruch. Hopefully I am more diligent as I progress academically.

Monologue
I’m a son, a brother, a friend, and a Christian. Being the youngest in a family has it’s pros and cons. There are times where my parents would be more lenient because I’m younger and I “don’t know better” but on the other hand I always get my sister’s belongings as she gets new ones. When it comes to religion I have a strong view of Christianity. As a child I grew up in a church but I decided around my freshman year that I wanted to go to church for myself and not just go because of my parents and with that I left my church and found a new one. I believe that my friends and my environment had a strong influence on the person I am today. If I had to change one thing about myself it would be that I want to be more patient and be slow to anger.
