a. I am an immigrant from China. I am willing to teach people who’re willing to learn Chinese, whether Mandarin or Cantonese. I am an industrious and easy-going guy. I love playing basketball in my spare time. I think “America’s Got Talent” is the best talent show ever!
b. The first concern is obviously how to maintain a high GPA. After several weeks of college study, I find it much more difficult than high school. I really need to put more effort into it. The second concern is how to make connections with other people. I want to make friends with people from different cultural backgrounds. The third concern is how to manage my time wisely and efficiently. Sometimes I have a feeling that time passes too quickly. I’ve got to figure out a way balance time for my study and entertainment.
c. In high school, we are usually restricted by different kinds of so-called school policies. But in college, we have more freedom. This also poses a challenge for us because we’ll have to make more decisions by ourselves.
d. Hopefully I will be more mature and more responsible! I will learn to think rationally.
