I intend to write about the competitive nature in humans and how does it apply to video games.

Wish List:

I plan to ask about where does our competitive  nature come from and why do players spend so much time trying to compete against one another and if incentives were taken away, would players be as motivated in playing the game.

In an ideal world, Some sources I can use are psychology articles that talk about our competitive nature as humans. A few other sources i can use are Published books based off the reason people spend so much time on video games and I can connect the information from different sources to make my research paper sound more credible.

In a less ideal world, I can personally ask a select amount of gamers these questions. I can use the different answers and this would bring substance to my writing .

The combination of searches  I would use are ” Competition in video games” or “Human competitive nature”. These would help me find the information I need for my research paper.
