Decidí traducir este comercial porque me fascina el futbol y quería hacer algo derivativo de él. En este caso decide solamente cambiar el contenido del texto porque ya que la imagen del futbolista es reconocida mundialmente el cambiarle desvaloraría el comercial. Puse       “Controla tu Velocidad” en vez de “Velocidad Explosiva” porque creo que a la comunidad hispanohablante le gusta tener control sobre las cosas y a la vez tener opciones. También decide añadir el nombre de “Neymar” a la izquierda porque de esa forma si alguna persona no sabe nada del futbol ni quien es el futbolista en la portada,  pueden poner el nombre en el internet y encontrar información la cual pueda incentivar al cliente a comprar los zapatos.

 Introduction 

 The adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) is one of the fastest growing subgroups within cardiology in the last years due to precocious diagnosis and the progress of surgical and endovascular treatments. It is calculated that 85-90% of patients with congenital heart disease will reach adulthood. The sequelae and complications generated by the survival of these patients result in higher rates of hospitalizations, new surgeries and other proceedings.

Currently being the most frequent cause of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) after the connective tissue disease, it is estimated that throughout the progression of ACHD, 5-10% of its patients will develop pulmonary hypertension (PH). Its occurrence is related to a worst prognosis.

The objective of the present study was to analyze the epidemiological characteristics, clinical and pharmacological treatments in patients with PAH and their impact on survival.

“PIZZA! PIZZA!”

He notado que este tipo de comercial aparece en canales en inglés, por lo tanto me interese. Yo creo que los dos comerciales tienen el mismo propósito: incrementar las ventas del producto. Una variante es el vestuario de  los participantes. En los dos comerciales los participantes están vestidos con ropa tradicional, se podría decir que de algún país hispanohablante. El comercial tiene un atractivo de la comunidad hispana, ósea una estrategia para sacar provecho de la población latinoamericana, la cual incrementa diariamente. Obviamente siendo el español el segundo lenguaje más hablado en este país, es punto de comercio. Yo creo que el comercial en ingles atrae al público anglosajón al tener detalles de la comunidad latina.
