Recently we experience a record on cold weather that scourged a big area of the U.S.A and although the temperatures have risen in the last days we barely starting the winter and we need to be prepared for the next extreme cold wave.
In fact, Doctors say that the icy temperatures can represent health’s risk. “It’s better to limit your outdoors activities since too much exposure can lead to freezing and hypothermia” said Doctor John Marshall, president of medicine of the emergency department in Maimonides Medical Center in New York. “Both conditions can be severe, and even fatal if not treated”.
