Dear Mr. Barcelo:
I hereby affirm that I have known Mr. Juan Perez since 2009 and he has always been an honest and responsible person.
Mr. Perez worked for my company for three years as a Sales Manager. His performance has always been excellent and productive during his tenure in the firm.
One of his known qualities is a capacity to work as a team player and to motivate his employees to achieve higher levels of productivity.
The reason for his departure from my firm was due to personal and family reasons.
Yours truly,
Joseph Vidal Ortiz
General Manager

Kreshnik, you’ve done an excellent job incorporating English recommendation letter lingo into your translation: “achieve higher levels of productivity” “team player” “motivate” and “performance” are all buzz words that can be highly effective in this context.
However, I’ve never seen anyone sign a business letter “Truly”!
“Yours truly” can certainly work as a sign-off — but simply “Truly” sounds quite odd.
