The famous Artrist Dr. Naoko Tosa, and her art exhibition, “Looking for Japan.”

Dr. Naoko Tosa (Ph.D.), a Japan Cultural Envoy 2016 appointed by the Government of tosa_photoJapan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs, is an international artist whose early artworks have been collected by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Currently, she is a professor at Kyoto University and has been focusing on the intersection between ZEN culture and media arts.
In 2012, she exhibited her digital artwork on a giant LED screen at Yeosu Expo in Korea.
She was a fellow at MIT’s Centre for Advanced Visual Studies which was established by Gyorgy Kepes of Bauhaus.
