Matt Groening, creator of “The Simpsons”, takes the idea of Ellen DeGeneres to generate his own version with his classic black humor

The historic “selfie” Ellen DeGeneres proposed during the Oscars is giving a huge game. It has been debated on television shows, news and radio spots, it’s an uncontrollable party that has also targeted the creator of “The Simpsons”, which used the photo of Bradley Cooper, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lawrence and more of the biggest stars crowded in the picture to recreate the scene with Homer Simpson in it.

 

In his drawing the same characters appear, and the parent of the tribe of Springfield being kicked by Cooper to get him out of the picture to prevent strain in the image, and black humor that characterized the legendary series of Fox. The occurrence is also posted on twitter with the idea of continuing the trend of “retweets”, which DeGeneres started on Sunday, breaking a record with more than 3 million retweets.

 

The popular photography not only has been recreated by Groening. There is also a recreation with Lego characters circulating in the network, as well as many other replicas like the one with children with cancer DeGeneres shared with her followers, posing in the same way the Hollywood starts did at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.
