El president de Univision, Randy Falco, aseguró hoy que el aspirante a la nominación republicana a la Casa Blanca para 2016 Donald Trump faltó al respeto al periodista Jorge Ramos y a la comunidad hispana.
En un comunicado, Falco se refirió así al tenso episodio vivido ayer en una rueda de prensa del candidato en Iowa, en la que Ramos y Trump se enzarzaron en una batalla dialéctica y el periodista fue expulsado momentáneamente de la sala, aunque luego se le permitió regresar.
“El reciente trato que Jorge Ramos recibió en la conferencia de prensa del señor Trump en Iowa es despreciable. Como candidato presidencial, Trump va a recibir preguntas incómodas de la prensa y debe responderlas”, indicó el presidente del canal.

In a press release, Falco referred to the tense episode lived upon yesterday, at a press conference of the candidate at Iowa, in which Ramos and Trump were involved in a heated battle of words and at the moment the journalist was expelled from the room, even though he was permitted to return.
“The recent mistreating that Jorge Ramos received at the press conference of mister Trump in Iowa is despicable. As a presidential candidate, Trump will receive uncomfortable questions from the press in which he must respond,” indicated the channels president.
