Belen Rosario is a junior majoring in Public Affairs and Spanish.  She is an active member in Baruch student affairs, participating in several clubs including the Women’s Debate team. Belen’s academic merits are exemplary, but she stands out as a volunteer advocating for her community at the Legal Aid Society.

I am happy to recommend Belen for the Santander Graduate Awards program to be used for a semester abroad at the University of Oxford, England.
