Chuo University, one of the host universities of the CUNY Kakehashi program in 2013, will make a reciprocal visit to New York from March 4 to March 11, 2014. We are planning several events to welcome them from Saturday, March 8 through Monday, March 10.
– March 8, 2014 (Sat; 11am-6pm; LaGuardia CC & Manhattan)
Welcome Event at LaGuardia CC and a half-day sightseeing with CUNY students
– March 9, 2014 (Sun; 11am-6pm; Manhattan)
A half-day or full-day sightseeing with CUNY students
– March 10, 2014 (Mon; 10am-4pm; @LaGuardia CC)
Community Presentation Event and Group Presentations about Japan and the U.S.
We are looking for student volunteers who can participate in these events. There will be a lot of opportunities to interact with Japanese students from Chuo University and make new friends from Japan. If you are interested, please sign up athttp://bit.ly/lagccEventReg.
