The President of the television station, Univision, Randy Falco, affirmed today that the candidate aspiring to the Republican nomination for the White House in 2016, Donald Trump, disrespected Jorge Ramos and the Hispanic community.
In a newsfeed, Falco referred as such to the intense episode that occurred yesterday at the candidate’s press conference in Iowa, in which Ramos and Trump got involved in a verbal altercation and the journalist was momentarily escorted out of the room, although he was later allowed to return.
“The recent treatment that Jorge Ramos received from Mr. Trump at the press conference in Iowa is disgraceful. As a presidential candidate, Trump will get asked uncomfortable questions from the press and should answer them,” stated the President of the TV station.
