Martha has worked under my supervision in the Administration department for the past four years. Prior to working at my department, she started her career as a temporary employee covering vacation leave for different departments. Immediately, she proved to be a great contributor to those she supported. She also demonstrated to be a fast learner gaining knowledge of each department and the organization as a whole. It wasn’t surprising that when a permanent position became available, that Martha was considered the right candidate to fill it.
Martha meets deadlines while providing high quality work. In addition, she is a team player and is always assisting her peers by providing advice and seeking solutions to ensure everyone gets the work done.
